Carrier Vietnam Office

NICE's design team used the theme "Going with the Wind" to create the interior concept design for the Vietnam office of Carrier Group, a world leader in heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions. This concept is expressed through the smart space layout, which progresses from a lively area near the corridor with frequent traffic to a quiet area as people go deeper inside; as a result, employees will have access to a variety of vibrant interactive spaces, such as the pantry, open discussion hub, as well as reserved areas for focused work and private meeting rooms.

Carrier employs a hybrid working style that combines remote and in-person work, therefore NICE's proposed design provides four primary zones to enable a wide range of objectives and working methods: Co-creation zone, Meeting or lounge zone, Individual work zone, and Quiet zone.

The office design style is modern, light, and airy, which promotes interaction among department members in an open and pleasant work atmosphere. Strong geometric lines combined with smooth rounded edges evoke the relaxing movement of fresh air around the office. Neutral colors are typically used, with warm tones in lively areas and the Carrier brand's signature blue in tranquil areas.
