Grandma Lu Saigon Hostel

Grandma Lu is a boutique hospitality and bánh mì brand known for their dedicated service, kindness, and innovation. Grandma Lu's core value is to create a destination where tasty flavor, emotion, and heart come together.

Working with Grandma Lu’s Saigon Hostel to renovate its Pham Ngu Lao branch, NICE Team took the inspiration from the song "Somewhere over the Rainbow” to create stunning interior environment that evokes memories of a Hawaiian summer day.
The entire space is infused with ocean blue and sandy yellow colors, with surfing boards on the walls and at the main entrance, as well as waving lines on the bar counter, all of which speak to the Hawaii vibe.

Existing furniture has been transformed to provide guests with comfortable blue sitting that compliments the general atmosphere of the space. An Instagrammable zone at the main entry features a large surfboard for the F&B menu and an eye-catching signage stand, creating a welcoming environment for guests checking in.

Grandma Lu's Saigon Hostel Pham Ngu Lao project has been launched in early July receiving positive feedback from the public. NICE Team was delighted to this boutique project using a unique furniture recycling approach that kept the project within budget and on time while delivering a brilliant space to the client.
