Trelleborg Vietnam Office

Trelleborg is a world leader in engineered polymer solutions that seal, damp and protect critical applications in demanding environments. When research and study design direction of the Trelleborg Vietnam office, NICE team was inspired by the connotation of "strength" found in its logo and the brand's unique business field to come up with the design idea of "A powerful protection". Based on this concept, we designed oblique triangles and intersecting zigzag lines to represent the exceptional strength of Trelleborg products, while soft, rounded lines conveyed their longevity and safety.

We have shaped four major zones that fulfill various functions and working styles to suit Trelleborg's hybrid working style. They are the Co-creation zone, the Lounge zone, the Individual work zone, and the Quite work zone. Each area is arranged with specific types of tables and chairs suitable to the activities taking place in that area. In addition, we designated areas for group activities near the corridor, and more private and quiet spaces farther inside. This way, the entire space is divided into dynamic and static zones. As a result, quiet activities can focus more easily without being distracted by noise from more stimulating group activities.

Trelleborg brand philosophy combines eco-friendly, sustainable features with a modern aesthetic which was effectively incorporated in the sophisticated design. The open, airy layout of the office encourages more employee engagement, meanwhile the green spaces will serve as a focal point, encouraging more human engagement with nature and establishing a tranquil work environment.
