Memory Hostel

Located directly behind the State Bank of Vietnam building - a symbol of old Saigon, the Memory Hotel project has a nostalgic design. Inspired by the charm of Saigon’s bygone era, NICE has brought the concept of a "Memory Bank" to life, transforming the building into a space that preserves and honors the city’s precious memories. This is not just a place for travelers to stay but a destination where they can reminisce and immerse themselves in the local culture and history in a genuine and profound way.

The design of Memory Hotel blends retro charm with raw industrial elements, creating an environment that is both cozy and unique. The ground floor will be dedicated to reception area, waiting lounge, and dining zones, while the upper floors will provide guest accommodations. Predominant straight lines are used to establish a neat and modern aesthetic, while warm neutral tones combined with vintage teal accents evoke a space rich in emotion and history. NICE has selected materials such as painted MDF, antique tiles, wood-look flooring, and painted metal to create a perfect fusion of tradition and modernity, resulting in a space that is both historically resonant and luxurious.
